Batch Plotting a Project and PC3 files

The easiest way to plot an entire project, and most consistent, would be using a PC3 file. In this post I’ll walk you through creating a PC3 file and then continue on through the Plot Project utility.

Adding User Created Attributes to Reports in Electrical

There are times when an additional column is required in a report. Simply add an attribute to any symbol that will be carrying this information.

In this simple example I am using the attribute COLOR and will be including it in a BOM report.

Creating a custom PLC style in AutoCAD Electrical

There are 5 predefined PLC styles provided with AutoCAD Electrical, numbered 1 through 5. If none of the 5 work for you they are not that difficult to modify.
